About the job

• Ensure the stable and secure operation of the application portfolio in the areas of automation and collaboration as well as drive further development.
• Administer, support, and further develop applications in the Microsoft environment such as SharePoint, M365, and workflow management platforms.
• Understand requirements from the specialist departments and their business processes and translate them into sustainable automation and digitalisation solutions.
• Provide automation solutions and successfully transfer new platforms and tools into operation within the scope of projects.
• Introduce new applications and solutions, support employees through changes, and conduct instructions.

• Professional experience in application management or a comparable function, ideally in the field of automation and process digitalisation.
• Completed basic IT training as well as further education at HF level in business informatics or similar.
• You are very familiar with applications in the Microsoft environment, especially SharePoint and M365.
• You enjoy working at the interface between IT and the specialist department and successfully bring people and technical solutions together.
• You are able to explain technical topics in an understandable way for laypeople and pass on knowledge in training sessions.
