- You participate in the clinical pharmacists' service with regular attendance at interdisciplinary ward rounds
- You contribute to the drug information service for doctors and nursing staff of the internal and external clinics
- You are co-responsible for master data management in the clinical information system KISIM
- You take on tasks in the ward pharmacy supply
- You actively participate in projects, including the move to the new building, and take part in the on-call service
This is what you bring
- You have a completed degree in pharmacy, ideally with professional experience in a hospital pharmacy or community pharmacy
- You have completed further training FPH clinical pharmacy
- You bring a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration in all hospital areas
- You show pronounced initiative and interest in the further development of hospital pharmacy
