PLC Software Engineer 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• Programming customer-specific machines in structured text (Siemens/Beckhoff)
• Internal commissioning of machines (in very rare cases also on site at the customer)
• Parameterising and setting up all necessary electrical components of the machines (motor controllers, safety elements, VPN routers, PC, display, printer, etc.)
• Creating and monitoring software documentation including ensuring knowledge transfer
• Assisting in the further development and improvement of our software platform (Siemens/Beckhoff)
• Supporting project management, production and service departments with HW/SW technical questions

What convinces us

• Several years of experience in PLC programming in structured text is an absolute must
• Prior knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal and/or Beckhoff TwinCat3 is a great advantage
• Experience in special machine construction is an advantage
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent and responsible working is a matter of course for you
• High social competence and communication skills
• Confident manner, flexibility and willingness to travel (very low: under 5%)
• Enthusiasm for technology, processes and networked thinking
• Willingness to develop further
