Shift Leader Reception (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Shift management: Responsibility for the operational management of the reception during your shift, including support and guidance of the team
• Guest care: Professional and warm welcome of our international guests – from check-in to check-out
• System competence: Independent work with Mews (PMS), Lightspeed (POS), channel managers, and extranet
• Reservation management: Processing individual and group bookings, cancellations, and inquiries across all channels
• Duty rosters: Participation in the creation and optimization of duty rosters for the reception team in Mirus
• Quality assurance: Ensuring our high service standards and continuous improvement of processes
• Interface coordination: Close cooperation with housekeeping, restaurant, and hotel management

Your profile

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a leadership position at the reception
• System knowledge: Routine handling of Mews, channel managers, and extranet systems
• Languages: Very good German and English skills, additional languages (e.g., French, Italian) are an advantage
• Organizational talent: Experience in creating and managing duty rosters
• Personality: Service-oriented, resilient, team player with a solution-focused working style
