For assignments in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for a competent specialist.

Your main tasks are:

Management and organisation of construction sites in the area of new build and refurbishment on site
Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
Ensuring a qualitatively flawless, timely and economical execution
Coordination of personnel, machinery and material deployments
Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with regulations
Inspection of completed work regarding quality, dimensions and time
Support with site logistics and reporting
Close cooperation with site managers, subcontractors and suppliers
Co-creation of efficient workflows - solution-oriented, team-capable and practical

You should bring the following:

Completed training as a foreman or equivalent further education in the main construction trade
Solid technical knowledge as well as good organisational skills
Several years of practical experience in site management, ideally in new build and refurbishment
Independent, responsible and goal-oriented working style
Ability for clear communication and leadership of site teams
High quality and safety awareness
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
Willingness for personal development and to take on responsibility
Open, team-oriented demeanour with assertiveness and commitment
