For the regions of Kriens, Cham, Camorino, Losone and Pambio, we are seeking by arrangement a committed individual as

Regional Manager Central Switzerland-South 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

• You define all necessary measures to achieve the qualitative and quantitative goals in your area
• Operational management within the area of responsibility
• Support of insurance companies in your own area
• Active participation in the search for suitable locations
• Market observation and analysis of competitor activities
• Complaint management

Your profile:

• Solid sales and management training with corresponding practical experience, ideally you also have technical understanding in the vehicle sector
• Further education in General Management or Business Administration at HF level
• You know how to convince with your personality and social skills and create an atmosphere of trust
• Good communication and motivation skills
• Residence in the assigned regions
• Very good German and Italian skills, spoken and written
