Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF as Case Coordinator (70-100%)

Tasks

• coordinate and organise service delivery internally and externally from admission to discharge
• responsibility for the entire nursing process (nursing diagnosis according to NANDA) as well as electronic nursing documentation
• delegate tasks appropriately according to situation and competence, coach nursing staff in professional matters (daily responsibility)
• participate in the training of future nurses (HF/FaGe)

Your Profile

• Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent
• high organisational and communication skills
• independent, proactive, sociable and resilient personality
• open to changes and innovations
• experience in needs assessments with InterRai
