We are expanding and hiring a true revenue hunter to grow our direct B2B contracts.
This Role Is For Closers
You are not hired to “maintain relationships.”
You are hired to:

Generate new corporate accounts

Penetrate 5-star hotels and private aviation networks
-
Close high-value B2B contracts
-
Build recurring monthly revenue
If you prefer inbound leads and warm introductions, this role is not for you.
Your Responsibilities

Actively prospect and approach target companies in Zurich
-
Conduct in-person meetings and commercial negotiations
-
Close long-term corporate mobility agreements
-
Develop partnerships within private jet and luxury hospitality sectors

Build and manage a measurable sales pipeline
-
Deliver clear monthly revenue results
This is a KPI-driven position with clear accountability.
Performance Expectations
Within the first 6 months:

CHF 300,000+ in new contracted revenue
-
Minimum 5 recurring B2B accounts
-
Tangible monthly revenue contribution
High performance will be rewarded accordingly.
Your Profile
-
5+ years B2B sales experience in Switzerland
-
Proven closing track record (numbers required)

Comfortable with performance-based compensation

Fluent German and English (French is a plus)

Confident presence suitable for corporate and luxury clients

Disciplined, resilient, and self-driven
We are not hiring junior sales profiles or account coordinators.

On-Target Earnings: CHF 110,000 – 160,000+
