What you bring:

• Experience: You have a commercial education or experience in a contact centre so you can professionally support customers.
• Communication skills: You are strong in communication and sales, as persuasion skills are required.
• Flair: You have a knack for digital media such as internet, TV, and mobile because you stay up to date.
• Language skills: You are bilingual in DE, FR is an advantage so you can be deployed flexibly.
