For our client in the Bern region, an established Swiss manufacturing company, we are seeking a committed individual as Assembly Team Leader.

Your Tasks:

• Leading and supporting a team of 10 employees
• Planning and managing daily orders
• Optimising processes and workflows
• Participating in assembly work
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and occupational safety

Your Profile:

• Technical training, ideally in mechanical engineering (polymechanic, etc.)
• Cleanroom experience
• Strong technical understanding
• Leadership experience ideally – ambitious assembly mechanics with leadership potential are also welcome
• Team-oriented and solution-focused working style
• Very good German skills, English advantageous
