A very dynamic team, which advises our customers personally, by phone and via video call daily, is looking for support.

If you want to prove your passion for dealing with customers every day and would like to share your knowledge of roasting, baking, cooking and laundry care, you are in the right place with us.

This is the task

• In our 635m2 showroom in Spreitenbach, you are the competent contact person for our customers when selecting the entire high-quality Miele appliance range, accessories and add-ons
• You advise our customers for a personal demonstration of the products also by phone or video conference
• Administrative tasks before and after the consultation are also part of the duties

For this versatile task, we wish for a dynamic, independent, team-oriented, flexible and well-groomed personality with good communication skills

• You know how to highlight the added value of our premium appliances
• Ideally, you have training in retail, gastronomy or hospitality
• You enjoy customer advice, active sales and are technically interested
• German is your mother tongue and you have confident English and French skills; other languages are welcome
• You are used to working with MS Office and have an affinity for digitalisation
• You look forward to working shifts from Tuesday to Saturday
