Team Leader: Property Management (m/f/d | 80 - 100%)
Your tasks:
- Leading the management team as well as the caretaker and gardening team (10 employees)
- Organising and further developing the management as well as the associated processes and work tools
- Ensuring professional support for our residents
- Managing your own property portfolio
- Controlling and coordinating maintenance work and renovations
- Responsibility for efficient handling of administrative and commercial management processes
- Active participation in day-to-day business and supporting the team
- Close cooperation with management and internal specialist departments
You bring with you:
- Commercial or technical basic training with further education in property management or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience in property management
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Experience in organising and coordinating maintenance work and renovations
- Knowledge of Swiss tenancy law; experience in property accounting is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and management software, ideally AbaImmo
- Very good German skills; additional languages are a plus
