Your responsibility: Lead assembly and ensure quality

• Assembly work: You carry out complex timber construction projects so that the work is completed on time.
• Team leadership: You coordinate assembly teams with up to 10 employees and ensure clear leadership.
• Site logistics: You plan materials and processes so that everything runs smoothly.
• Quality assurance: You report to the project management and accompany site inspections to ensure the highest standards.

What you bring:

• Training: You have completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter and further training as a foreman or construction manager.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in timber construction.
• Personality: You score with assertiveness, communication skills, and commitment.
• Technical know-how: You are experienced in using digital site tools.
