About the job
What you can achieve
- Acceptance and preparation of orders and samples in a state-of-the-art environment
- General organisational and administrative tasks
- Recording case orders and clinical information from the submitters, thereby actively supporting a rapid diagnosis for your medical colleagues
- Within the framework of "digital pathology" you operate our state-of-the-art scanners for pathological sections and actively contribute to the continuous improvement process
- The cases that are not yet submitted digitally, you assemble completely. In doing so, you work closely with our medical staff and laboratory teams
- You provide customer-oriented support to our submitters with questions and concerns
- Administrative tasks such as telephone, emails and correspondence
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA), medical secretary or with other experience in healthcare
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Strong service orientation
- Good organisational skills and team spirit
- Very good German skills, English and/or French skills are an advantage
