Soft2Run Holding Schweiz AG is a software development company. You ensure that our IT infrastructure runs stably, securely, and is future-proof. In our small team, you work directly with the Head of Infrastructure. You manage servers, cloud services, and security systems for 50 employees at the Dietlikon location.

Your tasks

• Operation, maintenance, and further development of the server and virtualisation environment ([e.g. VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox])
• Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID
• Responsibility for backup and restore concepts including regular restore tests
• Implementation of security measures (firewall, endpoint protection, permissions, patch management)
• Monitoring of systems and troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Participation in projects, e.g. migrations during company acquisitions or the introduction of new systems Documentation of systems in the internal wiki
• Participation in the on-call service

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the administration of Windows server and Microsoft 365 environments
• Sound knowledge in virtualisation, networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN), and IT security
• Experience with backup solutions and monitoring tools
• Scripting skills (PowerShell) are an advantage
• Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of pragmatic solutions
• Very good German skills, good English skills
