Sector Manager (multi-sites) cleaning 100%- Coordination and supervision of cleaning teams
- Execution of quality audits and implementation of corrective actions
- Management and monitoring of cleaning-related projects
- Regular contact with clients
- Financial monitoring of the activity
- Stock management, ordering cleaning equipment (equipment and consumables) and inventory management
- Occasional night and weekend interventions
- Federal VET Diploma as operations/cleaning agent or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the transport sector (buses, trains) is a plus
- Essential experience in team management
- Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum B2)
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
- Driving licence
- Strong customer orientation
- Autonomous and responsible
- Good stress resistance
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
