For our subsidiary TCS Training & Loisirs SA in Lignières, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a dynamic, committed and motivated person for the position of cook on an hourly basis at the Road11 restaurant.

TCS Training & Loisirs SA is a company of the Touring Club Suisse and the leading provider of safe driving courses for individuals and companies. Under the TCS Training brand, it guarantees, in its six centres in Switzerland, high-quality and professional initial and continuing training courses in the motor vehicle sector.

Cook on an hourly basis (approx. 40-70%)

Your challenges

• You participate in managing kitchen operations
• You contribute to the development of the catering offer
• You prepare lunch and evening menus
• You assist during events and banquets
• You replace the head chef in their absence
• You comply with hygiene and occupational safety guidelines according to the HACCP system

The restaurant is located at the Lignières Circuit (NE). The clientele mainly consists of participants in driving courses, but also visitors attending events. The restaurant is open every day from 7 am to 5 pm; during events, it also remains open in the evening.

What you bring

• Federal VET Diploma as a cook
• You already have 2 to 3 years of professional experience and live in the region
• Ideally bilingual (French/German) or you have good knowledge of the other language
• You are a communicative and solution-oriented person, able to integrate easily into a team
• You appreciate the variety of tasks within a small team
• You are creative and enjoy your work
• You are service- and customer satisfaction-oriented
