The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.
This is what you can achieve:
Compliance with specifications and guidelines according to internal regulations
Inspection of delivered goods using the Babtec inspection software, according to the specifications in the inspection plan
Support of the team in goods receipt, at the ramp, and in other areas to ensure smooth processes in MFG IGI
Reporting errors in processes
Co-assessment of supplier quality
Ensuring the storability of items through labeling, repacking, etc.
Ensuring a fast and clean working method to minimize the throughput times of items
Performing various forklift tasks
This is what you bring with you:
Completed vocational training, ideally as a logistician or in the mechanical field
Proficient in using the MS Office package, experience with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
Physical fitness (regularly lifting and moving goods up to 15kg)
Experience in procurement logistics and goods receipt
Possession of a forklift license is a plus
Good German skills at least B level, English skills are an advantage
Independent and precise working style with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Motivated and team-oriented personality who enjoys actively shaping the work
