Operations Mechanic / Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)

Introduction

On behalf of our client Micarna SA, we are looking for several committed operations mechanics / maintenance mechanics in the production environment for the new production site in the Olten area. Tasks

• You assemble, commission production equipment and supervise it during ongoing operations
• You accompany and support the ramp-up of new operating equipment
• You identify and resolve malfunctions, optimise equipment and actively shape operations
• You carry out preventive maintenance and ensure the availability of machines
• You contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and equipment
• You work closely with other technical departments to create a modern production environment

Profile

• Motivation to learn new things – career starters are warmly welcome – technical flair, precise working style and team spirit
• Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a mechanic, polymechanic or production mechanic
• Further training as a maintenance mechanic is an advantage
• German (very good knowledge), English (advantageous), French (advantageous)
• Enjoyment of varied technology and working in a modern environment, including on-call duties
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
