About the job

What you can achieve:

• Professional and operational management of a team of 20-40 employees
• Ensuring professional execution of customer orders
• Responsibility for compliance with processes, guidelines, and quality standards
• Promotion and development of your employees through targeted leadership and regular qualification discussions
• Support in the training and further education of new and existing employees
• Independent assumption of productive assignments in your sector (including night shifts)
• Representation of Securitas AG (Winterthur branch) towards internal and external contacts

What you bring:

• Ideally, you hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Security, Justice, or Police
• Assertive, structured, and communicative personality with good manners
• High commitment and dedication to common goals
• Organisational talent, flexibility, and resilience, even in hectic situations
• Swiss citizenship or C / B EUFTA permit
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Mobility (driver's licence and own vehicle)
• Very good physical condition (willingness to participate in self-defence training)
• Good administrative and IT skills
