To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service and Maintenance Employee 80 - 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

As one of the leading specialists for roofs, façades, and energy-efficient renovations in the Bern region, we accompany new construction projects as well as the modernisation of existing buildings – from charming single-family homes to impressive commercial complexes. Our approximately 120 employees dedicate themselves daily with expertise, enthusiasm, and team spirit to sustainable and future-proof solutions. 

Your main tasks

• You assist with the maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of flat and pitched roofs
• You support service, repair, and minor maintenance work
• You take on preparatory and tidying tasks on the construction site, including materials, tools, and safety
• You assist with greening and care work on roofs
• You work closely on site with the service technician and support them in carrying out the work
• You consistently adhere to safety, quality, and organisational regulations

What you bring

• Manual dexterity and physical resilience
• Experience in construction or roofing is an advantage
• Motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Team spirit as well as respectful interaction with customers and colleagues
• No fear of heights and enjoyment of working outdoors in all weather conditions
• German language skills for simple communication on site
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
