The Lavaux Hospital, located in Cully in the heart of the magnificent vineyards of Bourg-en-Lavaux, is an establishment recognised for the exceptional quality of its care and its stimulating work environment. Ranked among the top 15 rehabilitation clinics, we are looking for a Physiotherapist at 80% or 100%. Join a dynamic team and actively contribute to the rehabilitation and well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop personalised treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Provide physiotherapy sessions tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of patients' progress.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Participate in team discussions and propose ideas to improve clinical practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement of care.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
