Payroll Specialist 80%
Fällanden is an attractive municipality on the charming Lake Greifen with around 9,600 inhabitants, directly bordering the city of Zurich. In the Finance Department, the threads of the various departments of the municipality, the municipal utilities, and the Reformed Church community come together. To complement our small team, we are looking for a cheerful and team-oriented personality as a Payroll Specialist 80%, starting by arrangement.
- Independent management of payroll accounting for the municipal administration, the education sector, and the retirement centre with a total of around 350 employees
- Settlement of authority, fire brigade, and civil protection compensations (monthly or annually)
- Processing and reconciliation of social insurances, including withholding tax
- Preparation of statements and annual declarations
- Contact person for internal and external bodies
- Commercial basic training with several years of experience in payroll accounting
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law
- Further training in payroll (CAS Payroll Expert or similar)
- Independent, precise, and structured way of working
- Strong discretion with a high service orientation
- Experience with payroll accounting in education and/or healthcare is an advantage
- Knowledge of Abacus and Inosolve is an advantage
