QUALITY CONTROLLER (M/F)

Your mission:

Within the Quality department, you ensure the inspection and validation of watch components to guarantee their conformity before production

Your responsibilities:

Carry out dimensional, visual and technical inspections of components (appearance, dimensions, hardness, etc.)
Interpret technical drawings and ISO geometric tolerances to define and perform appropriate inspections according to control ranges
Use conventional measuring instruments as well as control equipment such as Marcel Aubert, torque meter, durometer, GR20, Vici and Vertex (mastery of at least 3 of these tools required)
Prepare inspection and non-conformity reports
Participate in the continuous improvement of inspection methods and processes
Work closely with various contacts in the Quality and Production departments

Your profile:

Proven experience of at least 5 years in quality control, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnology industry
Good command of common computer tools; knowledge of QuickControl software would be a plus
Knowledge of quality and statistical tools would be a real asset
Rigorous, methodical, autonomous person with a good team spirit
Good communication skills, adaptability and strong field orientation
