- Revenue and sales responsibility for the Bernese Oberland and Mittelland regions
- Support and advise customers
- Strengthen and maintain customer relationships and sustainably acquire new customers
- Conduct sales negotiations and prepare offers
- Site supervision and contact person for customer complaints
- Analyses regarding sales and market situations, support in creating sales documents (price lists/brochures)
- Ensure efficient project management and responsibility for the successful execution of all projects
- Support of large projects around material management
- Implementation of new, sustainable building material concepts focusing on CO2 reduction and circular economy

- Completed technical training in main or secondary construction trades with sales-oriented further education
- or commercial/business training with pronounced technical understanding
- Proven sales experience
- Willingness for continuous further education – we actively support your development
- Solid industry knowledge as well as a strong network in the construction industry and the region

- Resilient, committed personality with entrepreneurial thinking and confident appearance
