Senior Project Manager Ventilation (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager Ventilation / Air Conditioning for the independent management of demanding projects in ventilation and air conditioning construction. You will take on the technical and commercial overall responsibility from order acceptance through work preparation and installation to project handover. In doing so, you coordinate internal specialist departments, installation personnel and external project partners and ensure compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements. The position combines sound ventilation technology with project management and practical execution responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of ventilation and air conditioning projects from order acceptance to project handover
Responsibility for the technical and commercial project execution including cost, schedule and quality control
Carrying out work preparation as well as planning of personnel, material and installation deployments
Technical processing and optimisation of ventilation and air conditioning systems for new build and refurbishment projects
Coordination of execution, installation and workshop planning as well as checking technical documents
Leadership and coordination of installation teams, project assistants, suppliers and subcontractors
Monitoring of installation execution and conducting regular site and quality inspections
Coordination of interfaces with heating, cooling, sanitary, electrical, building automation and architecture
Responsibility for orders, change orders, performance recording and project billing
Participation in construction and coordination meetings as well as technical consulting of clients and architects
Support of commissioning, functional checks and acceptance as well as organisation of defect rectification
Ensuring complete project, revision and handover documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training as a ventilation building services planner EFZ, ideally with further training as a certified technician HF building services or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management and execution of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Sound knowledge in system construction, installation coordination, work preparation and project costing
Experience in commercial project management, especially cost control, change order management and billing
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services practice
Confident handling of MS Office as well as basic CAD skills
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
