- You operate and monitor the production plant for our cheese production 🧀 and conscientiously carry out the necessary cleaning and maintenance work. 🛠️
- Through your organised and precise way of working, you always keep an overview 🔍 of the documentation of the shift process as well as the safety and hygiene regulations. 📋
- You take on the leadership and supervision of the assigned line employees and guide them. 👥
- Your technical understanding helps you to properly process and invoice the production orders. 💻
- You actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement. 💡
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a plant operator or in the food sector (cheesemaker, butcher, baker, etc.) 🥐🍗, ideally with relevant professional experience.
- Your technical flair for machines and inventory management systems (SAP) makes your working day easier. ⚙️
- You have a high understanding of hygiene and safety measures 🧼.
- You are flexible regarding working hours (2-3 shifts) and mobile. 🏎️
- You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B2).
