As a System Engineer with us, you are significantly involved in integrating groundbreaking technologies in the healthcare sector. You implement customer solutions that incorporate our innovative products into existing or new systems, directly contributing to the improvement of healthcare. You bring your technical expertise to the table and provide practical support in installation, integration, and troubleshooting – both on-site and remotely.

Your main tasks
Technical implementation of customer solutions, including requirements analysis, design, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Proactive collaboration with customers to optimize systems and solutions.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to project goals.
Ongoing maintenance and updating of systems as well as carrying out smaller installation tasks.
Supporting the sales process through technical consulting and proposal creation.
Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in technical system engineering or a similar position.
Solid knowledge of our products and solutions is an advantage, as well as a good understanding of IT infrastructure (e.g., networks, firewalls).
You have excellent customer service skills and can communicate clearly and precisely.
Good German skills as well as knowledge of the English language.
