Polymechanic – Setter for Turning, Milling or Grinding
Your main tasks:
- Setting up up to 9-axis CNC turning machines with Fanuc control
- Setting up and programming CNC milling machines
- Setting up conventional as well as CNC internal grinding machines, external cylindrical grinding machines & CNC disc grinding machines
- Correcting parts & making changes to programmes
- Operating various measuring devices and 3D measuring machines
- Independently solving manufacturing technical problems
- Instructing & supervising operational staff
- Preparing the workplace for operational staff (providing measuring instruments, test instructions & tools)
Job requirements:
- Completed basic training as a production or polymechanic technician
- Precise, reliable and independent working style
- Team player and flexible working style
