Are you interested in project management of medium and large construction projects and want to actively shape the cityscape of Lucerne? Then we look forward to your application.

• You independently manage construction projects within your area of responsibility and competence and coordinate internal as well as external stakeholders.
• You are responsible for all necessary activities – from application formulation to completion – for medium to large construction projects.
• Together with external planners, you coordinate and develop concepts as well as feasibility studies.
• You are responsible for managing quality, quantity, costs, and deadlines of your construction projects.
• After completion of the construction projects, you carry out building inspections and organise the commissioning of technical systems.
• You prepare project applications for the city council and the grand city council and create budgets for your construction projects.

• You have a university degree, for example at FH level or with a federal diploma, in construction management or architecture.
• You bring several years of professional experience in project management, construction trust, and construction management.
• You work independently and implement construction projects on municipal properties on your own responsibility.
• You think and act conceptually as well as economically.
