We are a nationwide leading training provider for ICT apprenticeships and train IT, media technology, digital business developer apprentices, and electronics apprentices as well as prospective ICT professionals with a basic training year in Zurich, Bern, and St. Gallen for over 200 partner companies.

For our motivated team at the Zurich-Altstetten location, we are looking for an additional

Software Developer as Coach / Trainer (m/f/d, 80% – 100%)

Want to train the next coding elite?

You are the reinforcement in the training team. You support the apprentices in the basic training year so that they can develop, grow personally, and reach their full potential. As a coach, you take on the methodological and professional guidance of apprentice IT specialists in application development. In addition, you take on further roles in our circle organization according to your strengths.

In the basic training year, we promote not only professional skills but also interdisciplinary competencies.

We see programming as a craft, believe in clean code, and agile software development.

Do these statements apply to you?

• You enjoy working in an environment where young people and their individual development are at the center.
• You use your people and soft skills to inspire others and support them in solving their own challenges.
• You have several years of professional experience as a software developer and preferably hold a FA, HF, or FH degree.
• You feel comfortable and have good knowledge in the technology stack Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and React Native.
• You speak, read, and write fluent German.
• You have a winning personality and sensitivity in dealing with your fellow human beings.
