About the job

• With your organisational talent, you ensure the smooth operation of our five psychiatric centres in St. Gallen, Rorschach, Wattwil, Uznach and Rapperswil and are responsible for all infrastructural matters.
• In doing so, you plan, manage and maintain the properties including contract management, cleaning and catering, and actively develop facility management further.
• You also lead small to medium-sized construction projects and contribute to site-related infrastructure and investment planning.
• The responsibility for operating and investment budgets also lies in your hands, and you ensure economical planning and control.
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, fire protection and the environment, as well as contract management with owners, administrations and subtenants.
• In close cooperation with internal stakeholders, you coordinate FM topics and promote cooperation with our partner Stiftung Förderraum.
• Additionally, you take on project management at the Wil site under the leadership of the Head of Technology and Construction if required.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a comparable qualification as well as business management know-how.
• You bring experience in professional practice, leadership and project management and work in a structured and organised manner.
• Expertise in space management in conceptual, procedural and standards-compliant terms characterises you.
• You are motivated by collaboration with internal customers; you maintain an open and appreciative approach with employees and stakeholders.
• You think in a networked, customer- and process-oriented way and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• Social competence, teamwork, conflict resolution skills as well as assertiveness and loyalty complete your profile.

On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
