Position Summary
550 employees responsible for producing high-quality infant nutrition for domestic and international markets shape the dynamic, highly automated working environment of the Konolfingen factory. This places high daily demands on our team regarding compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety. Would you also like to be part of our team?
To strengthen our Fill & Pack department, we are looking for a communicative and responsible individual as Plant Operator.
A day in the life of a Plant Operator
- Production of products and cans in compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental regulations as well as NGMP and SOPs
- Performing line laboratory analyses and recording production, fault reports and checklists
- Carrying out cleaning according to work instructions
- Ensuring careful handling of raw and packaging materials as well as energy, equipment, laboratory devices and cleaning agents
- Understanding the TPM process and aligning line activities with its objectives
- Daily work with DMO (Digital Manufacturing Objects) and SAP (time and material accounting)
- Support with technical problems
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends (4-shift system)
What makes you successful
- Successfully completed training in packaging or as a food technologist (EFZ) or a comparable qualification with relevant experience
- Several years of professional experience in the same or similar role
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in technical innovations
- Team-oriented, flexible, proactive and open personality
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Very good German language skills
- Good IT skills
