• Next-Gen Payments & Digital Banking: Professional focus on state-of-the-art payment systems and the entire payment cosmos in all its facets.
• Deep-Dive Analysis & Interpretation: Holistic analysis of banking processes (e.g. payment transactions, securities trading) as well as structured collection of user-side requirements.
• Interface Work & Coordination: Confidently bringing together and moderating requirements with internal and external stakeholders (client banks, product management, development).
• Solution Architecture & User Stories: Precise elaboration of professional and technical user stories for seamless implementation in the agile development team.
• Excellent Quality: Definition of clear acceptance criteria, structured testing and ensuring the highest quality standards.
• Sustainable Solution Maintenance: Assessment, qualification and support of submitted issues and enhancement requests from our client banks.

• Solid Education & Practice: Completed higher education (FH / University / HF) in business, computer science or finance or several years of professional experience with appropriate further training / certification (e.g. IREB CPRE, CBAP).
• Methodology & Banking Know-how: Sound banking process knowledge combined with knowledge of modern web applications and modelling languages (e.g. UML, BPMN).
• Strong Abstraction Ability: Ability to quickly grasp complex matters, recognise overarching connections and convey clear, target group-oriented concepts.
• Curiosity & Can-Do Attitude: You are eager to create new things, think unconventionally and bring the drive to advance topics independently.
• Communication & Charisma: You are a convincing team player who presents ideas purposefully, values other opinions and actively seeks dialogue.
• Language Skills: Business fluent German and English skills for professional collaboration in a dynamic environment.
