About the job
What you will do here
- Conduct an innovative research project on sustainable social media ecosystems and make the results visible in scientific publications, conferences, and exchanges with relevant stakeholders
- Actively participate in the acquisition of third-party funded projects (SNSF, Innosuisse, foundations) and help shape new research initiatives
- Conduct a teaching module in the field of sustainable digitalisation at the bachelor level and supervise students in their theses
- Actively further develop the Public Sector Transformation Institute and the Department of Business through interdisciplinary collaboration and your own initiatives
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed doctorate and proven research experience in the field of digitalisation and sustainability or related topics
- Experience in planning, conducting, and publishing research projects using qualitative, quantitative and/or mixed-methods approaches as well as in acquiring third-party funding
- Experience in university teaching and enthusiasm for conducting courses in the field of digitalisation and sustainability
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
- Independent and proactive working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills in interdisciplinary contexts
