Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial reports and analyses to support management in strategic decisions.
- Responsibility for bookkeeping and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.
- Development of budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with department heads.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and provisions in Switzerland.
- Monitoring cash flow and optimising liquidity reserves.
- Identification and assessment of financial risks as well as development of measures to mitigate risks.
- Analysis and optimisation of the company’s cost structures.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training.
- Further training in areas such as finance and accounting specialist with a federal diploma.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position.
- Sound knowledge of SAP FI.
- Several years of professional experience in finance.
- Good knowledge of Swiss tax regulations.
- Very good German language skills.
