Assistant Physician General Internal Medicine

Job Description

The job profile combines general practitioner activity with a versatile range of tasks in emergency medicine.

Your tasks (depending on training level in the corresponding supervision stage):

General Practitioner Care: Comprehensive care of patients of all ages in all areas of general medicine

Emergency Medicine, Emergency Service: Participation in the local medical emergency service, treatment of emergency patients in the practice as well as on site in close cooperation with ground and air rescue

Nursing Home: Continuous medical care of local patients in the nursing home in Lauterbrunnen

Medical Service at Major Events: Participation in the organisation and implementation of medical service deployments (International Lauberhorn Races and other major events)

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Medical diploma
• Interest in emergency medicine
• Commitment to patient-centred, interdisciplinary and team-oriented work
• Responsible, resilient and flexible personality
• German language skills; additional foreign languages advantageous
• Enjoyment of life and work in an attractive mountain region
