Tasks
- Handle first-level support requests and technical issues professionally.
- Assist VIP clients with tact and experience for optimal service.
- Accurately record customer inquiries in our system without errors.
Skills
- Fluent in German or Swiss German, plus Italian and/or French; English is a plus.
- Strong service orientation and good PC skills for customer support.
- Flexibility and reliability are highly valued in our team.

- You handle first-level support requests and complaints and process errors and technical problems
- You take care of VIP customers with tact and experience
- Complete and error-free recording of the customer request in the system
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- German or Swiss German is your native language
- You also master Italian and/or French in spoken and written form, English is welcome
- Service orientation, good PC skills, and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
- Flexibility and reliability are additional advantages
- You are looking for a hybrid work model in which you can also work a few days from home
- After the starting salary of CHF 4,314 (100%), your salary will increase by 4% per year in the first two years
- For each additional national language, you receive a bonus of CHF 100.- (100%)
- Up to the 5th year of service, you get one more day of vacation each year
- For night, Sunday, and public holiday shifts, you receive bonuses of up to 50%
