• Providing infrastructure (assembly materials, tools, workshop, break room, storeroom, etc.)
• Supporting project managers, solving special assembly problems and ongoing schedule monitoring
• Ensuring efficient assembly through coordination with project managers, storekeepers, and work organisation
• Ensuring and adhering to occupational safety regulations and regular checks
• Checking the current status of construction progress before and during assembly (timing, quantity, optimal resource use)
• Building and maintaining reliable and trusting relationships with clients, planners, site managers, etc.

What defines you.

• Technical basic training in the field of heating installer with a Federal VET Diploma
• Chief foreman with federal specialist certificate (if available)
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Customer orientation, service awareness
• Structured work design, good work organisation
• Teamwork skills, empathy
• Assertiveness, decision-making ability
• Driving licence category B
