We are strengthening our Managed Care team and are looking for versatile and committed people who are ready to familiarise themselves with a new area of responsibility.
Specialist Managed Care, 50–60 %
What to expect
- You independently handle Managed Care agreements with medical networks and are the first point of contact for the networks in your area of responsibility.
- You check whether the rules of our alternative insurance models are being followed and process the corresponding reports for myDoc, HMO, and smartDoc.
- You regularly communicate by phone and in writing with our insured persons and Managed Care partners.
- You support the team with administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
What you bring
- You have completed a basic medical or commercial education.
- You communicate confidently in German, both on the phone and in writing. Additional foreign languages are a plus.
- You approach people empathetically and work independently and precisely.
- You enjoy working in a team and are willing to learn new things.
- If you already have experience in health insurance, even better.

- You have a 41-hour week and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected tasks, you can regularly work from home.
- Full salary during 14 weeks of maternity leave. Additional contributions to child and education allowances. Up to 90% cost coverage for external childcare.
