About the job
Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether for primary care with its medical centre, acute care with its recognised internal medicine beds and palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation centre, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).
We are looking for several for Aubonne Hospital:
Community Care and Health Assistants - ASSC in CTR (M/F) at 80-100%
To strengthen our CTR unit, starting November 2026.

- A Federal VET Diploma as Community Care and Health Assistant
- A certificate of training in HUMANITUDE, an asset

- Support patients in daily life activities
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient’s environment with their collaboration
- Provide care by delegation and under the nurse’s responsibility
- Participate in the patient care project process as well as their interdisciplinary care
- Optimise care through a personalised, holistic, multidisciplinary and interprofessional approach
