Did you say mechatronics? A mechatronic solution combines mechanics, electronics and computer science. Our solutions, which rely on contactless electromagnetic technologies, receive an electrical signal and transform it into mechanical movement. They come in stepper or brushless DC motors, magnetic sensors, mechanical reducers, software and control electronics.

Within a multidisciplinary project team, you contribute to the development of innovative mechatronic solutions, from design to product validation.

As such, you:

• Design and develop actuators and mechatronic systems applying the principles of Design to Cost and Design for Six Sigma.
• Carry out design studies, calculations and simulations to validate technical choices.
• Develop CAD models, definition plans, functional dimension chains and ensure product assemblability.
• Ensure the realisation and monitoring of prototypes.
• Perform preliminary tests and analyse results to guarantee the achievement of expected performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to define and optimise technical and industrial solutions.
• Compile and maintain the Design Justification File (DJF) ensuring traceability of design choices.
• Participate in Product FMEA and contribute to risk identification and control.
• Contribute to fault analyses, problem resolution and definition of associated technical action plans.
