- You collaborate with social insurance institutions and other organizations such as tax offices, homes, or banks (e.g., reviewing files, making inquiries).
- You claim benefits from social insurance, economic social assistance, or other third parties.
- You handle the daily correspondence in writing or by phone (e.g., correspondence, payment transactions).
- You prepare tax returns and statements for the Child and Adult Protection Authority.

- You have a commercial education and further training at the level of advanced professional examination or a federal specialist certificate (e.g., social insurance).
- You bring professional experience in the administrative care of clients and have solid social insurance knowledge.

- You quickly recognize connections, are an open personality, and enjoy approaching different contact persons.
