YOUR TASKS
Become part of our Operations Controlling and take on a central role at the interface between Finance, Operations, and IT.
In this role, you ensure that operational and financial key figures are transparently prepared, thereby creating a solid basis for management decisions. At the same time, you further develop our reporting, analysis, and control processes and actively drive their standardisation and automation.

- Analysis of business developments, cost structures, profitability, productivity, volume, capacities, and operational KPIs
- Creation, maintenance, and further development of management reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPI cockpits
- Building and optimising data queries, data models, and reporting processes with Power Query, SQL, or comparable tools
- Automation and standardisation of recurring reporting and analysis processes
- Support in budget, forecast, strategy, and capacity planning processes through analyses, models, and scenarios
- Conducting scenario, sensitivity, and cost-effectiveness analyses
- Identification of cost optimisation, efficiency, and improvement potentials as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Analysis of SLA, quality, and process indicators and support in defining appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Ensuring high data quality as well as consistent KPI definitions and comprehensible calculation logics
- Collaboration on ERP, BI, digitalisation, and automation initiatives in close cooperation with Finance, Operations, and IT
- Documentation of data flows, reports, KPI definitions, and relevant calculation logics
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies or a comparable education in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, business analytics, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, operations controlling, business analytics, operations reporting, or finance business partnering
- Experience in a production, logistics, or operational service environment is an advantage
- Very good understanding of performance management, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPIs
- Very good Excel skills as well as practical experience with Power BI
- Good knowledge of Power Query and data modelling; SQL skills are an advantage
- Experience handling large data volumes as well as creating structured management reports and decision bases; SAP experience is an advantage
- High affinity for data, systems, digitalisation, and automation as well as interest in the continuous improvement of existing processes
- Analytical, structured, and independent working style with a strong implementation focus
- Ability to prepare complex financial, operational, and technical contexts understandably and communicate them appropriately to the audience
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders from Finance, Operations, IT, and Management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
