Spitex rechtes Limmattal is a modern non-profit organisation with around 90 employees. On behalf of the municipalities of Oberengstringen, Unterengstringen, Weiningen, Geroldswil, Oetwil a. d. Limmat and Fahrweid, we ensure professional care and support for over 22,500 residents.

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (60-100%)

As a qualified nursing specialist, you will take on a central role with us. You work independently, contribute your expertise and, together with your team, ensure professional and high-quality care for our clients in their familiar home environment.

Your main tasks include:

• Implementation of the nursing process in collaboration with the case-leading nursing specialists
• Ensuring professional, individual and client-oriented care in the home environment
• Interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners, relatives and other professionals involved in treatment
• Professional support and guidance of your team colleagues in daily work
• Professional nursing documentation as well as active participation in quality assurance and development

You bring with you:

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
• A client-oriented attitude and pleasure in direct contact with people
• Organisational skills, communication strength and enjoyment of teamwork – preferably with a sense of humour
• Good IT user skills and openness to digital work tools
• Driving licence category B or willingness to visit our clients in all weather conditions by e-bike
