Deputy Head of the Mobile Social Emergency Team (EMUS) Unit

About the job

Your main missions will be as follows :

• Contribute to defining the strategy and uphold the unit's objectives with the team; 
• Manage, support, supervise and evaluate the team; 
• Coordinate activities by promoting safety and respect for the institutional framework; 
• Foster team cohesion and interprofessional collaboration; 
• Identify training needs and define priorities;
• Monitor the unit's budget in collaboration with management control; 
• Ensure the follow-up and monitoring of the unit's activities; 
• Organise, lead and ensure the follow-up of the unit's meetings; 
• Identify individual and collective training needs necessary for the proper functioning of the unit and skills development; 
• Supervise the mentoring of trainees and students in the unit with the trainer practitioner and the training coordinator. 

• Participate in departmental and institutional meetings;
• Propose and manage development projects for the unit;
• Contribute to research projects related to the activity;
• Propose and/or implement the tools necessary for the development of the unit's activity, notably in collaboration with the IT team. 

• Represent the unit with partners and contribute to the promotion of activities;
• Participate in working or network groups;
• Manage complaints and claims concerning the unit. 

Your assets :

• Holder of a nursing, social work diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Additional management training or equivalent qualification 
• 5 years of experience in a managerial role 
• Excellent command of spoken and written French
• Driving licence mandatory
• Good organisational and anticipatory skills
• Sense of interdisciplinary and interinstitutional collaboration
• Assertiveness and decision-making ability
