• Preferably experience in leading and motivating a team, in retail or hospitality
• Inspiring, communicative personality with a sales orientation
• You feel at home in a dynamic work environment that is constantly changing
• You like physical work, have a hands-on mentality and lead by example
• You are ready to take co-responsibility for your store and its results
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays as well
