THIS IS WHAT YOU MOVE
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and guests - on the phone and at the reception you ensure a positive impression
- With your organizational talent you coordinate appointments, keep deadlines in mind and help to keep the office routine running smoothly
- You support the care of our interns and trainees in the secretariat
- Creativity is required: You help create presentations and reports
- You keep an overview of incoming and outgoing mail, organize our office supplies and take care of the archive
- You are an important part of the team when it comes to helping with the invoicing of customer orders
- You gain insights into the preparation of tax returns and support, if possible, the preparation of customer accounting – a great opportunity to learn more about these specialist areas
- You work two days a week in Affoltern and one day a week in our branch office in Muri (AG)

- You have a commercial basic education or have experience in a similar position
- You master the German language confidently both orally and in writing
