Your missions:

• Meeting our customers' expectations, both technically and by maintaining a high-quality customer relationship, effectively contributing to their satisfaction
• After a familiarisation period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems in the geographical area
• Your professionalism and rigour enable you to carry out your activities with the utmost regard for contractual obligations and regulations concerning the safety of goods and persons
• As an ambassador for our company’s image, you advise your customers, including on renovation matters.
• You also support your colleagues in the field as part of the sales of systems
• You also provide periodic on-call service
   

Your profile:

• Committed to service quality and equipped with excellent customer relations, you have vocational training (with a CFC) in electricity or heating preferably, or another technical profession. Knowledge in electricity and hydraulics is also required.
• Your team spirit, commitment, and sense of challenge are all assets that enable you to succeed in your role and develop within our company
• Willingness to provide on-call duties
