Introduction

Across Advisory AG is a modern and growing fiduciary company based in Baar. We support our clients holistically in the areas of fiduciary services, business consulting, and tax advice. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an auditor/audit expert in Zurich/Baar who enjoys building a new team and maintaining and expanding existing mandates.

Your Tasks

• Building and leading our audit department
• Responsibility as lead auditor for limited and later also statutory audits
• Participation in the RAB company approval and in establishing internal processes and supporting new audit mandates
• Development of digital audit processes with cloud tools and data analysis
• Building and professional development of a small team
• Identifying potential within the existing SME network while strictly adhering to independence requirements

Qualifications

• Active personal RAB accreditation as an audit expert
• Federal diploma as an auditor or an equivalent RAB-recognised qualification
• Several years of experience as a mandate leader in limited and statutory audits
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting according to the Code of Obligations as well as applicable independence regulations
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for building a new business area
• Initiative, implementation strength, and a convincing manner with clients
• Very good German language skills
• An own network in the SME environment of the Zug, Zurich, or Central Switzerland regions is an advantage
• Experience in team building as well as a strong affinity for digital audit tools and data analysis.
